A Farmer Paragraph : A farmer is a person who produces crops in the field. He is our bread producer. he is an active person. He works hard from morning till night. As soon as it is dawn, a farmer takes his pair of oxes to the fields. He ploughs the land, sows the seeds, weeds out the plants and gives fertilizer and chemicals to the plants. If there is moderate rainfall, farmers can grow bumper crops. Whenever, the fields are ripen with golden crops, a farmer becomes overjoyed.
He gets the greatest reward of his incessant work. A farmer also works in times of harvesting. He should be given proper knowledge about new method of cultivation. As a farmer works for the country, he should be equipped with modern facilities. But it is a matter of regret that a farmer in our country is illiterate and ill-fed. Though he works hard, he does not get the crops because he works on other people’s land. Thus we should look after our farmer’s over all well-being.

একজন কৃষক একজন ব্যক্তি যিনি মাঠে ফসল ফলান। তিনি আমাদের খাদ্যদ্রব্যের উৎপাদক। তিনি একজন কর্মঠ ব্যক্তি। তিনি সকাল থেকে সন্ধ্যা পর্যন্ত কঠোর পরিশ্রম করেন। সকাল হওয়া মাত্রই একজন কৃষক একজোড়া বলদ নিয়ে মাঠে যায়। তিনি জমিতে লাঙ্গল দেন, বীজ বপন করেন, আগাছা নিড়ান এবং চারাগাছে সার ও রাসায়নিক দেন। যদি পরিমিত বৃষ্টিপাত হয়, তাহলে কৃষকেরা প্রচুর ফসল জন্মাতে পারে। যখনই মাঠে সোনার ফসল পাকে, কৃষক অত্যধিক আনন্দিত হয়।
সে তার বিরামহীন কাজের পুরস্কার পায়। কৃষক ফসল কাটার সময় কাজ করে। নতুন পদ্ধতির চাষাবাদ সম্বন্ধে তাকে উপযুক্ত জ্ঞান প্রদান করা উচিত। যেহেতু আমাদের কৃষক দেশের জন্য কাজ করে, তাকে আধুনিক সুবিধায় সজ্জিত করা উচিত। কিন্তু এটা দুঃখের ব্যাপার যে আমাদের দেশের কৃষক নিরক্ষর ও অভুক্ত। যদিও সে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে, সে ফসল পায় না কারণ সে অন্য লোকের জমিতে কাজ করে। এভাবে আমাদের কৃষকদের সার্বিক মঙ্গলের জন্য আমাদের তাদের দেখাশুনা করা উচিত ।
A Farmer/ The Life Of a Farmer
A farmer is a person who makes a living by farming. George Washington says “Agriculture is the healthiest, most useful and most generous source of employment for a Man. An ideal farmer lives a very simple life. He works in a field soaked in the sun and rain. A farmer cultivates his own or someone else’s land. Bangladesh is a major agricultural country.77% of the total land of Bangladesh is used for agriculture. A farmer wakes up very early in the morning and goes to the field. He cultivates the land, sows the seeds in the land and then clears the weeds in the land when the seed grows.
These shrubs grow under the intensive care of a farmer. A farmer has to work hard to harvest crops from seeds and bring them home. After this hard work, a farmer has to face various natural calamities at different times. Even when a farmer’s crop is ruined by floodwaters, there is no limit to the suffering of a farmer. A farmer has to live a life of extreme poverty, even though he has to work hard to reap the harvest. We should come forward to improve the condition of the farmers. If a farmer did not grow crops in the field with the sweat of his head, then we might not have eaten, so the farmers cannot be neglected. They need to be given the respect they deserve. They have to give low interest agricultural loans.
একজন কৃষক/ কৃষকের জীবন
কৃষক এমন একজন ব্যক্তি যিনি কৃষিকাজ করে জীবিকা নির্বাহ করেন। জর্জ ওয়াশিংটন বলেছেন, “কৃষি হল মানুষের সবচেয়ে স্বাস্থ্যকর, সবচেয়ে উপযোগী এবং সবচেয়ে মহৎ কর্মসংস্থানএকজন আদর্শবান কৃষক খুবই সাধারন জীবনযাপন করেন। মাথার ঘাম পায়ে ফেলে ফসল ফলান এবং সেই ফসল বিক্রি করে তার পরিবারের অন্যান্য সদস্যদের জন্য অর্থের জোগান দেন। একজন কৃষককে সকাল থেকে সন্ধ্যা পর্যন্ত রোদে পুড়ে বৃষ্টিতে ভিজে মাঠে কাজ করেন। এজন কৃষক তার নিজের অথবা অন্যের জমি চাষ করে থাকেন। বাংলাদেশ একটি কৃষি প্রধান দেশ। বাংলাদেশের মোট জমির ৭৭% কৃষিকাজে ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে। একজন কৃষক খুব সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে মাঠে যায়। জমি চাষাবাদ করেন, জমিতে বীজ বপন করেন এরপর যখন বীজ চাড়া জন্মায় তখন জমিতে থাকা আগাছা গুলো পরিস্কার করেন। এই চাড়া গাছ গুলো একজন কৃষকের নিবীড় পরিচর্যায় বড় হয়ে ওঠে।
একজন কৃষককে বীজ থেকে ফসল কেটে ঘরে আনা পর্যন্ত কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে হয়। এই কঠোর পরিশ্রমের পরে আবার ভিবিন্ন সময়ে বিভিন্ন প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগের সম্মুখিন হতে হয় একজন কৃষককে। এমনকি বন্যার পানিতে ডুবে কৃষকের ফসল নষ্ট ও হয়ে যায়, তখন একজন কৃষকের দুঃখ কষ্টের সীমা থাকে না। একজন কৃষকে অত্যন্ত দারিদ্র জীবন যাপন করতে হয়, যদিও তিনি কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে ফসল ফলান তথাপিও তাকে লড়াই করে বাঁচতে হয়। আমাদের উচিত কৃষকদের অবস্থার উন্নতির জন্য এগিয়ে আসা। একজন কৃষক যদি তার মাথার ঘাম পায়ে মাঠে ফসল না ফলাতো তাহলে হয়ত আমাদেরকে না খেয়ে থাকতে হত, তাই কৃষকদের অবহেলা করা যাবে না। তাদের প্রাপ্য সম্মান তাদেরকে বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে। তাদেরকে স্বল্প সুদে কৃষিঋণ দিতে হবে।
